This lacks interaction.

For a course on the hazards of spending too long looking at screens, it involves a lot of passive screen time and very little interaction to check that any learning has occurred. Some of the video sections would work better as text or diagrams. It could use more interactive quiz sections and fewer video sections where the user only presses 'next' at the end. The test at the end of the course is simplistic and the course generally forgettable due to the sheer number of video sections where users are passive.

Useful and informative

This has been really useful and informative - especially during lock-down as staff are not sitting at their usual desks. Most are on make-shift work stations at home. It has reminded me of taking regular breaks and to move more - which so far I have not been doing. I should not be embarrassed to stand up during lengthy Zoom calls and I will be doing this in future.

The video lost sound on every slide

I had to use sub titles to complete the course.

Been updated since I took it last

It was good to see that it has been updated since the last time I took this course so it retained my interest. Also wearing headphones whilst taking the course did make me jump a couple of times with the sound affects.

informative

it was quite slow going but the pace meant you could easily take it all in. it certainly taught me a few things that were not instantly obvious.
