The course taught me things I didn't know as I have not been employed in a sector where continually using DSE was required for some years. Very useful.

Needs to have more on what to do if the DSE is not suitable currently as it is obviously office focused.

The content and subject matter was good and broken down into bite size elements. There was a problem with moving on and towards the end approx. 45 step, it fixed in a loop and kept going back. This delayed the process and over ran considerably on the time. It was frustrating and didn't leave you in the right frame of mind to complete the test.
