Hi Thanks for the course. I feel it necessary to give feedback on my experience. Overall the course was of a good standard and the information covered what is required. To give people advice to do neck rolls made me feel uneasy though. I see advice not to do neck rolls although neck glide is mentioned by the hse in https://www.hse.gov.uk/research/rrpdf/rr743.pdf.I tried the assessment in Welsh but gave up and went back to English as the wording got a bit odd.Thanks Huw Huws iosh tech

easy to understand and can be taken your own pace videos are clear and informative

This is a very constrictive way of presenting information, which requires learners to watch videos and does not allow the option of reading the information and moving on... Although the video transcripts can be downloaded, you still must watch each video before being able to hit "next." The most effective learning method for me is to read the text myself so this does not cater to my learning style at all. Also, much of the information in these videos was already known to me, so it was a complete waste of my time, having to watch them. I should have the option to take the test first and only after my results do I need to be given pointers as to what I may need to revise and then be allowed to resit the test. Overall, this was a frustrating waste of my time.

The course contains useful information. It's simple, easy and powerful! I liked the summary part to refresh my knowledge. Interesting and engaging. I had fun!
