The bite-sized videos made the training enjoyable and easier to digest
I learnt new ways of relaxing my eyes, neck and muscles. Also how to arrange my screens properly. The test at the end was helpful too.
Content of course was okay, and some breaks to allow time for checks to be made on DSE good, there were too many short sections of less than a minute throughout the whole course, which were not needed
The training seemed to take an age to complete and felt myself switching off from it. the amount of screens to go through was frustrating and I felt unable to go through it at my own pace.
Delivered all key points clearly, was short but detailed. The test at the end checked you were listening, and fully understood the importance of good posture, taking breaks, resting your eyes and getting into the right habits. A very effective refresher.
The course was clear and informative with good visuals.
