Enjoyed the course but would of liked to of known what you can do when you work in an office without a window.
It would be better if the slides could be continuous rather than clicking on the mouse each time - then it would not encourage you to rest your hand on the mouse between slides which is what it warns against
This was an easily accessible and very important training, especially considering the current situation of passing on infections.
I found the course very interesting it has a lot of useful practical tips which I am building into my daily work. It is simple to follow, flexible to use in that you can start,stop, go back at any point and I enjoyed doing it.
A very good reminder of all the things we should be keeping in mind when working with computers and screens.
