I had completed the stress section but your app said I hadn’t. I could not see what elements were outstanding so had to do that section again. Very apt that it was the stress section because that is what you gave me.
the correct posture and stress free work environment ensures effective productivity and this course is an excellent reminder!
Felt you should have been able to skip some of the clips. some of it informative but some of the questions in the test confusing especially to true and false answers. may be for next time BLAME

I like the educational tone where users are given options on how to work and stretch in the best way. Entertaining graphics - love the mouse scampering under the desk. Like the clever use of graphics, for example dual screen interaction. Very much informs and puts the onus on the user which I like. Not irritating/patronising compared with others I have viewed.
Well presented, good script, clear demonstrations of all the aspects. Again high standard from this trainer.
Very helpful and I will be using the tips given from now on.
