Found this genuinely useful and picked a few tips which I hadn't come across before on other courses (such as the 20-20-20 break for your eyes). Easy to follow and simple to implement tips. Sections are kept deliberately short which makes it easier to digest and go at your own pace.

I use a Varier Balans kneeling chair, which works very well for me, but does not fit many of your checklists for a chair. Do you need to update/add material?
