Well delivered and easy to understand although i accidentally hit the wrong key during the test and should only have had 1 wrong answer out of the 20 questions instead of 2. My mistake !Good course though and well put together and facilitated
The 45 segements could be condensed

All common sense but good to have a refresh session.
Whilst many of us are guilty of rolling our eyes when a H&S at work course is promoted, there's no denying that they are worth the investment in time. We spend too long in front of screens, whether in the home or the office. Lots of good advice here, to help us change those behaviours.

This course is far better than previous examples in that it adds advice on how to relieve stress rather than just identifying the correct geometry!
