Found myself double checking my posture, I must admit we all slouch. I am working rom home but I do have a proper chair and desk to sit at so I think I am lucky as I would find it really hard working from laptop.

This course is easy to go through and enjoyable. The actors are very clear on their speech and the transcript touch on points where we think that would be common sense, however our answers would be different. Even though I have taken this course before, it made me to re-arrange my home working station, ie. I decreased the height of my computer screens (too many books underneath them) and it feels better.
This course is particularly good as it covers the importance of ergonomics and provides examples of exercises relevant to people who work for extended periods at a desk, in addition to setting up and maintaining your work station. Easy to follow interactive stages, with the all important downloadable certificate at the end. Thank you
