Great when you have your own desk and equipment but when you are sharing or working at home or in school this doesn't happen as you don't necessary have adjustable chair.
During each presentation, sound would disappear, and had to lip read what presenters were saying. The presentation would 'freeze', and would need to move the presentation on to proceed.
Informative and easy to understand. It highlights the importance of following good practices and procedures to maintain good health and wellbeing whilst using DSE.

It does what it says on the tin....the training was clear and precise.
I found it a little long but interesting. I am working from home and I am lucky as I have a desk and monitor. I would find it difficult working off a lap top.
