Far too long and pace much too slow

Pretty sure all of this could be condensed effectively down to less than 10 minutes without losing any of the most important points. Busy people don't have time for 30+ minutes. The duration is a barrier. In my experience it makes people much less likely to bother doing this course (even when their employer tells them they must do so) or completing it if they do start.
