It's a broad coverage of a regularly used office equipment. The only drawback is the image man coming from apes, representing the theory of Evolution, following with the words "we are designed this way". The religion called Evolution shouldn't come into a training course at all.

The video is a good place to start and covers the necessary topics to enable the comfortable use of the DSE. While temperature, noise and humidity were discussed there was no mention of dust if working in a warehouse, nor did it suggest the correct temperature to be working at for maximum comfort.
I would recommend this training for anyone as it was really informative & very comprehensive and I even learn new things!
The course covered everything - it was very long though.
I found the presentation patronising in places, maybe a school-leaver would benefit though.
