Excellent training for DSE - it couldn't be any better or easier!

This course is very beneficial to all computer desktop users. It highlights many situations which perhaps we would not think too much about and makes us think about how much time we are spending sitting down and staring at computer screens for most of the day without taking a break. It gives some very helpful advice to avoid posture and eyesight problems.

Found the course very clear and instructive and relevant to my current role. Not too long, and some useful tips for maintaining my wellbeing and keeping my productivity high

made me realise that I mostly sit correctly and already knew most of the aspects, although made 1 mistake

Complete waste of time as I work in retail and the only screen time I get is using a phone tablet, of which there was very little info covered. If there could have been some questions about what devices you use at the beginning so as to identify what training might be useful that would've been so much better.
