we learn something new every day, and i did with this course, well done all.

Good to know all the details are covered. Questions could have been answered without staring at the screen for most of an hour. The short sections were annoying and it was unclear why it was necessary to break the advice into so many unequal chunks.

I particularly liked the excellent exercises and the clear statements on employer responsibilities. This course is better than most courses on this topic that I've done and the presenters aren't irritating (as they usually are)!

One of the better on-line courses I have completed. It kept me engaged and following the exercises was good way to make it fee, in some part, interactive too.
