excellent reminder
A bit basic in parts
A good way to improve/refresh DSE posture and habits. Nice bit-sized sections.
It was very informative, to the point and precise without overloading you with information. When you observed the training they are basic technics that you take for granted but really help. Since my last training on this I have really used the tools that were shown to help my through the day and I'm conscious of my posture and how my workstation is set up.
This covers the breadth of DSE well and links to other associated issues well. It is professionally produced and keeps you interested

I enjoyed the short videos and the presenters. The woman was the double of my accountant. I was slightly perturbed when I initially saw there were 45 videos but once I got beyond 30, it felt all downhill. All in all really quite enjoyable.
