The course covered the full requirements of DSE good practice. However, it consisted of too many separate videos, may of which were less than a 1 minute long. While it is useful to break down course content into digestible chunks, the balance in this course was wrong.

Course is well paced and delivered in a light and professional way. Presenting with ideal body shapes is not representative of the range in a normal office. With more people currently working from home - need to emphasise set-up of chair and the employers responsibility to provide equipment and carry out a risk assessment. Staff seem to be working for long periods from kitchen tables etc

Informative, it was good to go back to basic's and remind ourselves of the importance of positioning, taking breaks and also the exercises which I will hopefully be adopting throughout the day. Thank you.
