It's a good reminder of how you should look after yourself when using display screens; it's a bit off putting seeing there are 45 slides to go through but they are short and quick to go through and you get a certificate at the end
The DSE Training video was very clear and precise, much of it common sense but it makes you aware and think of how you are positioning your self when busy at the workstation for many hours.
