Useful information that I will be implementing in my daily life.
I like the presenters who both come across very professionally and have a clear, positive style. I like the bite-size nature of the course and the assessment checks. The assessment at the end if fair and checks learning has taken place. The use of graphics throughout is excellent and helps to engage the audience.

I liked the format and thought it moved at a good speed. It kept me interested and it didn't feel 'dull' like previous courses. I thought the exercises were useful as well as the focus on posture and it was good to see them carried out in the presentation.

I enjoyed the course. Interesting that it had standing up and also included multiple monitors. I liked that the two presenters were switched between often in order to keep up the interest.
Very important with some new info and delivery of key aspects, showing the exercises was a good and also the subtleties of the alignment of the spine. I am currently using a laptop permanently (with significant time in the office) and require screens, keyboard, docking station so have put in an IT ticket 1 week but have heard nothing yet. I would hope such an important issue is resolved soon as I am hunched over a laptop at the moment.
