I think I speak for almost everyone when I say that these online training courses, although essential, are normally really boring. However, this one takes the opportunities to actually teach something new - and to tell you why you should be doing it instead of the usual "because we say so." vibe that a lot of H&S courses give over.
I learnt ways of keeping my self safe while using display screen equipment and these does not only apply to the workplace but in general. I was able to understand the importance of maintaining good posture and taking regular breaks.

Really good course with regard to moving and sitting. Informative regarding eye strain. Will recommend to our staff.

I found the training to be informative and have printed some of the resources to put around my work area. I am concerned about the amount of bacteria that is found on hot-desking desks (which is what my work station is considered as, multiple people use my station during my shift, even during covid-19 times). I am trying to be positive about this but at the same time the training highlighted how dirty desks are which has upset me. The training itself was very good. Thank you.
