Clear and concise training

Clear video explanations covering all concepts that matter in day-to-day office activities. Also a good overview of some useful, simple stretching exercises and tips to incorporate good practices in everyday working activity.

Doesn't cover working in prone position

I am much more relaxed and comfortable working in a prone position and this whole assessment was based on sitting or standing. I find that when prone my laptop screen is at perfect height and viewing angle and my forearms are resting on the floor at the in perfect horizontal alignment with the laptops built in keyboard. I also avoid text neck and don't have to lean forward or tilt the keyboard to see the keys.
