This was all sensible stuff, but fairly obvious, and took rather too long.
I cant get pregnant but had to learn about what i need to know if i was pregnant.
Very informative & easy to follow. Because its broken down in many small bite size pieces I found this not to be laborious.

Clear video explanations covering all concepts that matter in day-to-day office activities. Also a good overview of some useful, simple stretching exercises and tips to incorporate good practices in everyday working activity.
