DSE training gave clear advice to reduce long term RSI, hard to remember in a busy day so a helpful set of tips. Useful to have reminders of how to set up properly - Harder to maintain! As palatable as any online training can be, thank you!
As someone who has never worked a desk job I have never before considered the impact of desk hygiene, posture, screen position etc. Lots of useful information in this course, very insightful.
I found the training to be very apt for the current 'working from home' scenario that many of us find ourselves in. It's pretty clear from the training that most people are not following the correct procedures to ensure any DSE work is done correctly and healthily. I've taken a lot away from this training, and will be following up with my HR dept to ensure I have what I require to work in the right way from home.

Although it was good training session to refresh memory, at the end there is a message that the individual will be e-mailed when training is needed. In this instance it did not happen. It was only by checking my account that I saw that the DSE certificate in my online training file expired a month ago 08/2020.
