This course was very helpful and made the correct postures easy to remember.

Covered all areas. Clear explanations.

The course seemed to be drawn out a lot and could have been completed a lot quicker. You seem to be waiting ages for the videos to load up so you can progress onto the next area.

It was really useful but 45 slides is way too many, better to have fewer and cover a couple more points in each. I just didn't have the time to do it all in one go.

Good refresher course with some interesting observations and statistics I did not know. The desk exercises are good and I did not know how many breaks to take and how long during the course of a day so overall a worthwhile exercise. Would suggest this is sent out every 6 months to all employees as a helpful H&S reminder to colleagues.

Good informative course

The course is really informative and covers many bases that one may not always think about. It also includes a test, one off questions and regular checks. This varied approach keeps the viewer engaged.

A very good course with useful content and concise. The two presenters were very clear and personable.

This course is very much more informative and helpful than the previous DSE training I undertook
