Great and easy to understand

This course was very good and easy to understand. I enjoyed clicking in the next section as the short clips ensure you are alert and stay focused. With a long slide you tend to get bored but short bursts ensure you are focused. The videos were clear and easy to follow.

Intensely irritating.

This takes all the bad features of the previous training courses and extends them beyond endurance. 45 separate videos? Why do I need to spend time watching someone read out the words "In this section we cover portable equipment, including laptops, tablets and phones, and we explain how you can prevent muscle and joint problems when you’re carrying them or using them on the move." (video 39). An utterly pointless waste of time. As reported for previous training courses, I appreciate that this training is helpful and necessary, and that the videos may help some people to learn, but for me the transcripts work much better. I would be happy if I could skip the videos but I can't, which makes the whole thing intensely irritating.

Informative and well structured course

Informative and well structured course. Interactive delivery made subject matter interesting and easily transferable to assess my own desk and display equipment. Practical examples (e.g. stretching exercises) were useful.

Clear and concise

I got more out of this course than I thought I would. I have never had anyone talk me through the setting up of equipment properly before. The information was clear and concise.
