Will definitely do a lot more exercises and continue taking regular breaks
For the last 6 months I have been working from home. I brought home my chair and desk top and had to set up my work station on a newly purchased desk. This training has ensured I am set up correctly and am adhering to health and safety in the work place at home!
The only fault I would pick is the courses assumption that dark text on a white background is best for everyone; as someone with the very common condition of scotopic sensitivity I find this to be the exact opposite of what I need and would in fact encourage iHASCO to implement a dark mode on their site and courses to make the material easier to understand and take in without visual discomfort. Aside from that point the course covers all necessary steps for setting up your work space and comfortably working within it.

The course was easy to follow and quite straightforward. The summaries at the end of each slide were good. A good thing to do on a regular basis as a reminder of best practice.

Excellent course however Question 2 is wrong. I answered correctly and it said it was wrong and yet when the same question came up for Question4 it said I was correct. Meant I only got 95% instead of 100%. Question "The typical office worker's hands come into contact with 10 million bacteria every day, and 80% of infections are transferred by touch" Answer is B True.
This covered all the details we need, and did so clearly and with useful visual aids.
The course was very informative and helped me understand the matter in question.
Video's are better than just reading text and were a welcome break!
