A lot of good info, but I really resent having to go through unnecessary stuff, ie pregnancy! Give us options please
Excellent course, clear communication and the graphics make it easy to understand the message.
I did enjoy the training however on the questions i got wrong i pressed the wrong button by accident! There was no option for me to go back to the previous page and therefore my answers got submitted even though i knew id made a mistake. Maybe this could be looked into for future training.
There were a lot of do's and don'ts I wasn't aware of.
Found it condescending to be shown how to stretch but I guess if you're new to this course, it might be useful. Are there any other presenters? It can become monotonous hearing the same voices.
