Learned something new today, that it's best to take regular breaks the 20/20 rule, was very impressed with the course.
The only area I am still worried/unsure about is how to improve the set-up of my laptop, as I don't have riser and separate keyboard, and if I did, I wouldn't know how to set it up. The fact that the laptop is lightweight unfortunately means the screen is too small, causing problems in using some non-Microsoft software.

There are many useful points to be aware of when using all kinds of DSE. This training has made me more aware of my posture, taking breaks and doing exercises to prevent muscle and eye strain.
