I found the course content very useful and easy to follow.
quite informative but a lot of information I already was aware of
A good appraoch to DSE for all types of working. Really liked the tips and particularly how to set keyboard to multi screen. Hoping changes will now make a differencer to my back and arms. Now have a reminder for every 20 min Planning to share with rest of my team too on what they have picked up n ow we are all home working.

despite being a fairly old training session, it does reflect the current situations especially with working from home, people tend not to pay as much attention to correct posture etc despite probably working more uninterrupted hours at home than in the normal work place.Also emphasizes the issues of sharing equipment and hot desking.
