I have completed this training in the past, but it was good to be reminded of posture and positions.

Course was generally good (poor sound quality but may be my connection) there were a number of sections that did not apply and could have been optional to focus the training for an individual, for example I do not use a standing desk, or am I ever likely to become pregnant.

All aspects covered clearly and in a interesting manner.

The course is very easy to follow and gives very good instructions on protecting yourself when using DSE. The videos are well presented and the reminder points and occasional questions help to ensure you understand what you have learnt to that point.

Very good course, covered basics and things I wasn't aware of and I've now set a prompt on my watch to move every 20 mins or if my body is aching.

If you asked a few question to see how we work and then only used the parts that are applicable, for example I never sit so I do not want to listen to all that stuff.

The bite-size modules are easy to digest with good visuals and simple, easy to follow instructions.

Visual and succint training with bullet points to summarise each stage. Thought provoking and has made me rethink my posture...

Amazing course and well designed with video clips to show everything about DSE, really helped me to do regular exercises in in between and take breaks to main good posture and good productivity at work.
