Really enjoyed this, very informative and highlighted topics that I wouldnt normally think of, like regularly cleaning work station and micro breaks for eyes. I also found the exercises provided really useful and the tip of keeping a post it note with some key reminders useful.
Good online training course. Test relevant to course. Time for course was spot on. Would be good to get Q and A as a reminder.
Clear training with well presented videos. Drawbacks: a) you cannot skip sections that do not apply to you (e.g. standing desks or pregnancy), b) a lot of the material would be known by most people but you cannot advance the videos, c) it took longer than the claimed 20 mins because you have to sit through everything. Given that we were watching it for home working, it didn't really give you much that related to the home context.
