The course was very good in reminding us the ideal manner for sitting or standing at a desk for long periods of time. It made me realise I need to move around a lot more during the day.

Content is generally good but not particularly really tailored to home working. I thought the sections on stretching were good. Also its a bit long with 45 slides.
