The exercises which the male model had depicted in the module, were practical and easy to do in a normal office environment. Many thanks for the helpful hints to maintain better posture and working health.
don't need info on pregnancy, or standing desks. neither are likely scenarios. want to be able to skip. several questions do not confirm learning from the sections

Interesting course, but not relevant for me in Learning Support. I will remember posture tips though.
I did complete the ihasco courses two years ago and they were not as well presented, easy to watch and understand. The old ones felt more like I was being spoken at, rather then spoken too. Much easier to watch now - thank you.
