Interesting course, but not relevant for me in Learning Support. I will remember posture tips though.
I did complete the ihasco courses two years ago and they were not as well presented, easy to watch and understand. The old ones felt more like I was being spoken at, rather then spoken too. Much easier to watch now - thank you.
Clear, well-described and visually interesting. Useful tips for good computer health.
General information wrapped up in an interesting presentation. I especially like the exercises that have been suggested to alleviate stress and tension - it would be good to be able to download a reminder card of these.
