Good course and makes you aware of the things you need to do to perform your tasks at the laptop/computer. Good exercises to do as well
although a lot is common sense it's good to know the right way to do things and the posture and stretching advice was really great.
The course was very well structured. Each section was clear, concise and informative. Simple language was used to convey the information and every section was short and easy to remember.

To speed up viewing you should incorporate a 'skip' button for sections that are not applicable ,
could without the video of what they are going to cover in the next section, not needed

The people spoke clearly making them easy to understand. The training was informative. The visuals kept it interesting. It was beneficial to be able to go back to previous sections. The extra information in blue was useful. The summaries were very useful.
