repeated a lot, some informative sections, I liked where we could answer the questions throughout the videos. Think there should be a link to Portal where we can find exercises to do during lunch breaks and after work and a wellbeing section. Pretty basic but think there should be some more resources.
Its easy enough to do and its a good refresher to make sure your not falling in to those bad habits without realising.
i found the information very helpful. The videos were also very clear in what they were trying to get across. Short and simple videos which were easy to watch and not overloaded with anything that wasn't useful to know.
A lot of the course feels like common sense, (but you do tend to forget to do these things sometimes when you’re busy), but covering the course is good to act as a reminder to keep you healthy and safe.
A worthwhile watch. The course informs you of quite a few things that you do not realise. I work remotely and this will make me review my work habits and workstation with special attention to my desk chair and keyboard.
