Clear with some useful information

Most of the information is 'Common sense', but we are all guilty of ignoring it. So it was good to get a reminder. I found my monitor height was too high. This has also made me consider investing in a standing desk setup. As I find being seating for long periods does put some strain on my lower back. I already use an ergonomic 'sideways' mouse that reduces wrist fatigue. A suggestion: perhaps a utility app that could be configured for reminders to stretch/exercise & screen breaks to be linked to this course.

Clear visual effects and clear speaking

Good clear visual effects and clear slow speaking - very easy to understand and therefore put into practice.

excellent refresher for those of us who

excellent easy to understand audio and video - esp since work has changed since smart tech , hot desking, smart working etc has moved us on in different directions from ten years ago!

A useful course to attend

This was much better than previous, rather dry, DSE courses that I have done and I took a few useful things away with me about the way I work and the bad habits that I have got into. The stretching exercises were especially useful - I didn't realise how stiff I was!! I liked the format in that it used 2 different people to deliver the training - it was more engaging because of it.
