A good, informative course, easy to follow and understand
Useful as highlighting the issues surrounding working with displays / IT equipment in general and adopting healthy work habits in relation to that may be, the course really goes on a bit too long I feel? Surely it must be possible to convey the same in a more succinct manner?
loved it :
A lot was common sense but allot also informative. Either way it was nice to bring my attention to things that can improve my health and wellbeing and the importance of posture and taking regular breaks.
