Training was good with showing what exercises but it was very long to complete .
The modules were very nice and logically arranged and the tests just checks if people can remember at least the bullet points of each topic's summary. Very useful as we usually do not reflect on these things.

Makes you more aware of how important it is to take regular breaks and the exercise tips are very good. I will definitely think about my posture.
