Useful, both as a refresher and for considering portable DSE and varied environments.

The only questions I got wrong were due to poor wording or a misclick and the lack of a confirm button, video learning offers little chance of retention so even if you did learn something new you would forget it in the week, rendering the training pointless.

It was more interesting and informative than I thought it would be.

The course is a good reminder on how to look after your health whilst working in an office or at home. I liked the tip of taking a break whilst at a peak work moment in order not to lose energy - I hadn't heard this one before. Very helpful course overall 😊

The format of the course was good, allowing the user to move through in manageable chunks at their own pace. The content was pitched well; not too many obvious statements and some good tips about how to minimise physical impacts from working at the workstation. The questions were also pitched at a fair level.
