very easy to follow & kept your interest & easy to understand
Has made me realise that my set up at home is awful need to resolve. I do get fatigued and I do not take enough breaks, I have different monitor sizes and everything is at the wrong height.

It is too long for a refresher course - I don't want to sit down through the whole set again. And in light of Covid and enforced working from home, it is all nice to have, as the employer can't completely change my home working setup.

The Couse could ask a few questions up front and tailor to the individual e.g. ask if they are male/female and show the pregnancy video based on this, or if they work seated or standing up.

Easy to use and understand.
There is nothing wrong with training. However, if we follow all these suggestions will we not be able to complete a proper days work in the office, with all the distractions of rolling heads, shoulders, arms and legs. Also if we apply the rules to home working, most of us will have to return to the office for suitable lighting, desks, and chairs. However, we will be equipped to move and lift all the equipment properly, but only if we are on the ground floor.
