Gained some really great advise as its been a quite while since I have spent long periods working with PC/Laptops etc. And I'll be using my phone very differently from now on! (Don't want Text Neck). It also answered some questions regarding eye test too.
Got me thinking more about my posture particularly, as I suffer from an old slip disc(s) problem and still have back problems. Also tired eye's and headaches are common, so this has also advised on how to correct this quite well. Enjoyed the course.
