It's very useful to be reminded of your posture and to make sure that you take regular breaks throughout the day. I have looked again at how I work and have made a change to the height of my monitor so I am looking at the screen correctly. Thank you

Covered everything

Course was a good length, with enough video content as well as check-in type questions along the way to check understanding. Speed of the information was good too, not too fast and didn't skim over anything important.

Simple instructions and guidance. Easy to follow.

Very good to have two presenters. Gave variety to the dialogue

I enjoyed the course, I learnt new things and will be following the advice on taking regular breaks and doing exercises.

The information was well presented and had a good balance of science and legal information. It was somewhat slow for me and I got quite bored during some of the segments, but having the transcript to read made this more bearable. The multiple choice questions were a bit daft; as MCQs nearly always are so it was fine. They serve as a plenary rather than a real assessment task which is also useful.

Good training session made me think a lot about my posture and position at my workstation. Will try and be more aware of this.
