Simple to follow and understand.

The course had some very useful information in it and helped me realise my chair setup has been incorrect for the last 10 months!

Quite useful - Was a good reminder of what we all ought to be doing or at least are mindful of. Easily in a home environment to let things slip. Liked the stretching and 20-20-20 exercises easy to accommodate in the day.

Pretty thorough - would be good to have more questions in between the videos to stop attention drifting.

It was a bit boring and slow. There were too many sections that required clicking next that could easily have been combined together without being too long. Some things were slow. Some of the test questions seemed to be worded in a way to catch the respondents out (if they didn't carefully read the questions) rather than checking that they actually understood the principles.

It made quite a generally tedious subject actually quite interesting. I also liked the exercises that were shown during the training and they actually work!!!
