it is a good reminder about what to do for the best. However, it's unclear what happens to the assessment information and whether that is passed on to support improvements to staff whilst working at home.
It was a bit boring and slow. There were too many sections that required clicking next that could easily have been combined together without being too long. Some things were slow. Some of the test questions seemed to be worded in a way to catch the respondents out (if they didn't carefully read the questions) rather than checking that they actually understood the principles.
It made quite a generally tedious subject actually quite interesting. I also liked the exercises that were shown during the training and they actually work!!!
