Very helpful information especially the visual videos and diagrams. Will help me correct habits and avoid muscular skeletal pains, which I easily get in DES work. I noticed that 'other languages' only offered subtitles, not spoken language.

Training similar to DSE training taken in other organisations. Summary slides broke up the flow too often simply to repeat, in a text slide the content heard just before. This could be rethought to improve the flow of the content overall with less interruptions.
Gave good full info as it is easy to forget to do some of the things that is needed to be done.
