Great information given practical advice too, I liked the stretching exercises already feeling the benefit. I liked the emphasis on posture and how to correctly sit at your desk which has already helped release stress on my back and neck
Gets all the relevant information out there quickly and succinctly. Video makes it easy to follow instead of reading. Test at the end is very easy if you watch all the videos. Only criticism is that the video lags a bit, and sometimes the audio is jumpy.
