This was an excellent course. I have never assessed how I sit at my desk. I found it very easy to follow. I feel that there should be a mindfulness segment in addition to the breathing exercise and a comment about nutrition and hydration. How we move, sit, think, feel, and act, all contribute to how we work effectively.
My employment is predominantly manual so the course was interesting and would have been useful in my former employment. However the posture information is something necessary to me everyday working or otherwise. Thank you.
