As someone with ADHD the training seemed as little to long for me as this can actually bore me and the content is very useful but this did make my mind wonder.The quiz with 20 questions which are multiple choice is too much as eventually I might not fully read the question and click answer to the get the task over and done with quicker.Maybe have shorter training and not as many questions to help someone with ADHD.
Good and informative as we are spending more and more time on computers and similar devices.

I found it very informative. Especially about taking breaks and refocusing you eyes. The 20-20-20 rule is not one I had heard of before.
Useful, relevant stuff. Well presented, not boring and easy to take on board.
