Training was well presented both visually and in bite sized segments. It was relevant and easy to understand. The section on stretches and moving around was helpful and simple to incorporate into daily work. The exercises are also useful to use outwith the working day.

Good reminder of dos and don'ts especially with homeworking where you may not take the necessary steps to ensure the display equipment is correct for posture etc. Also a good reminder of the importance of breaks/fatigue management and stretching

Excellent training. Clear guidelines and advice and the exercises are useful and practical.
Having suffered from tennis elbow because of not setting up a my desk correctly in a previous job, this course could've saved me the forearm pains and aches, and a trip to the GP. Also I liked the neck roll exercise - didn't know I had so much tension around my neck.
