Very good but did not really deal with people like me that due to lockdown are working for 8 hours a day on a laptop without large display screens, keyboard and mouse

The training module is well set out, informative and easy to follow, 30 minutes is about the right length of time to complete. These things can sometimes be too long and overload you with information.
It covers more areas than I'd have thought...I had never heard of text neck but was aware of the damage that is doing on the latest generation.
The course is very well put together and informative. The presentation was very thorough and in parts seemed to over do some points.
